We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect who will be responsible for advocating and designing the best architectural framework and solutions by applying the deep knowledge and expertise gained over the years in multiple Salesforce clouds - Sales, Service, Experience, Communication and Marketing Clouds. Our ideal Technical Solution Architect will have demonstrable knowledge of Salesforce components such as Salesforce LWC, APIs, Apex etc. Must be able to understand complex business requirements, lead/advise on technical architecture, Workshops, architectural artifacts, complex project solutions and act as a mentor/coach to the rest of the team members Architectural and Technical Leadership: Lead the design and implementation of scalable and robust Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives of our key stakeholders. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers and architects. Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce architecture and integrations. Stay ahead of Salesforce platform updates and industry best practices to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge. Extensive experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs. Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and declarative capabilities. Design and document end-to-end technical solutions that meet business needs and adhere to best practices Governance and Best Practices: Define and enforce best practices in Salesforce development and ensure adherence to coding standards. Establish governance models to manage the ongoing health and stability of the Salesforce platform. Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including SMEs, Business Managers, System Business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders, to ensure successful project delivery. Collaborate with other technical architects and teams to drive overall technical strategy and direction. Certifications and Experience: 10+ years of consultant experience with some large client engagements in multiple roles - Sr..Dev/Technical Lead/Tech. Arch. 5 + years of Technical Architect experience Should have worked with the globally distributed teams (Onsite/offshore model) Certifications: Salesforce Certified System Architect and/or Salesforce Certified Application Architect certification required.
