This role involves joining a 4.5-FTE OB/GYN practice, with plans to add one additional full-time OB/GYN. The physician will primarily work at a new ambulatory facility, with potential rotation to another site depending on patient volume. Participation in a 1:6 call rotation is required, including weekday 24-hour call with guaranteed post-call light administrative day. The physician will provide laparoscopic procedures, DC, and evacuations for missed abortions. Robotic surgical systems will be utilized. The physician will manage a patient population composed of 80% low-risk pregnancies. C-sections will be performed and managed at a rate of 25-30%. The role includes collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team offering various services. The utilization of a specific EMR system and new office equipment is expected. Work will entail providing full-spectrum obstetric and gynecologic care, including routine and complex procedures. New or recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
