Job Specifics Location: 744 S Webster Ave, Green Bay, WI 54301 FTE Status: part time .6 FTE, 24 hours per week Work Schedule: We provide flexible scheduling options, including day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts. Weekend rotations will follow a modified block schedule based on availability, with shifts every other weekend or every third weekend. Work Environment: Our Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit is comprised of 14 beds and boasts a unified team environment. To be eligible for transfer to this unit, patients are required to withstand three hours of therapy daily. We predominantly treat neurological patients, such as those recovering from strokes, brain tumors, brain injuries, Parkinson's disease, Multiple Sclerosis, and Guillain-Barre Syndrome. Niquette at Job Description: The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible and accountable for providing quality professional nursing care to patients and their families and significant others adhering to the WI Nurse Practice Act, Administrative Code of the WI Board of Nursing, and/or appropriate nursing standards governing nursing in the state of practice, the ANA Nursing Scope and Standards of Practice, the ANA Code of Ethics for Nurses and Bellin Health Policies and Procedures. The responsibility includes providing a safe environment for patients, families, staff, and visitors and working collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary health care team to provide the best outcomes for the patient.
