About the job Business Intelligence Developer Primary Responsibility and Essential Duties:• Collaborates with business stakeholders to formulate user requirements and identify current and future business needs• Develop clear, actionable dashboards and self-service reporting tools• Provide for ad-hoc reporting needs for internal and external users• Consult with internal and external users regarding data and reporting• Streamline and automate business processesMinimum Qualifications:• 3 + years of analytics experience• History of producing quality reports in Power BI (including M and DAX)• Passion for analytics and data visualization• Competency using Microsoft Excel• Preferred skills: PowerApps, Power Automate, Dynamics, AzureOther Attributes• An open mind and eagerness to learn• Excellent written & verbal skills• Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities• Ability to work independently & as part of a team
