Location: Ocala, FL Shifts Available: Days: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Rotating Weekends) Nights: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Rotating Weekends) - Urgent Need Compensation Hourly Pay: $32.00 - $48.00/hour (based on experience) Shift Differential: +$4.25/hour (Nights) Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 (Days) | $20,000 (Nights) Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit RN (CVICU RN) to provide specialized care for critically ill patients following open-heart surgeries, ventilator management, and vasoactive drip titration. You will join a collaborative team in a high-acuity, fast-paced Level I Trauma Center known for excellence in cardiovascular and critical care.
