Position Overview We are seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APP)Supportive Care Department. to work in our The ideal candidate will have experience or a strong interest in oncology and supportive/palliative care. Responsibilities Include: • Patient population: Providing care for adult patients with malignant and complex oncologic conditions who need symptom and supportive care management in coordination with their primary oncologic physician. • Outpatient Care: Evaluates existing patients in collaboration with staff physicians, as well as a multidisciplinary team, completes outpatient documentation in a timely fashion, and performs clinic procedures as applicable.
