Join our team today! Position Summary This position will be PRN to part-time, based on availability and need and will be located out of our Fergus Falls office. Responsible for providing excellent medical care to primary care patients Collaborates with multi-disciplinary teams Requires a high level of communication that is clear, concise, patient-centered; team education/guidance is vital to our patient care and mission accomplishment Significant travel is required; vehicle will be provided or mileage reimbursed Care will be delivered in compliance with all pertinent regulations including the hospice conditions of participation, corporate compliance, quality standards, licensure regulations and will reflect the national standards of care for hospice services Benefits: HIA offers a robust benefits package for qualifying full-time and part-time employees. Qualifications Licensed Nurse Practitioner OR Physician Assistant Certifications, Licenses, Registrations Required DEA (ND & MN) Licensure in North Dakota and Minnesota Current drivers license and auto insurance
