Asphalt Paving Project Manager / Estimator

We are hiring an experienced Asphalt Project Manager / Estimator to oversee paving and asphalt maintenance projects throughout Milford, MI. This full-time position blends preconstruction estimating responsibilities with active field management to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and profitably. The ideal candidate has a background in asphalt paving, roadway construction, or site development and is comfortable balancing office-based estimating with hands-on field coordination. This role plays a critical part in maintaining project schedules, managing crews, and delivering high-quality results for clients.
