Student Transportation Drivers (School Bus)

Position: CDL School Bus Driver Compensation: Pays up to $30 per hour (Depending on SCHOOL BUS DRIVING experience) Work Hours: 3.5 hours in the morning and 3.5 hours in the afternoon Reports to: Transportation Manager We're seeking responsible and reliable individuals to join our team as School Bus Drivers! This is a great opportunity for those who enjoy working with children and want a part-time or full-time position. As a School Bus Driver, you'll ensure the safe, friendly, and clean transportation of students. Position Goals: Safely transport school students, stakeholders, and other passengers in a friendly and clean environment. Basic Job Qualifications: Previous experience as a School Bus Driver is preferred. Ability to maintain safe conditions on the bus; i.e., ensure students remain back-to-back and bottom-to-bottom. Good vision, hearing, mental alertness, dependability, and neat appearance. Flexible, cooperative attitude in working with a diverse population (students, school personnel, co-workers, and all stakeholders). Directional knowledge and familiarity with Delaware's geography to quickly learn various routes. Ability to follow instructions, take direction, and take initiative as needed. Willingness to jump in and provide coverage where needed.
