Schedule 8-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday. Job Description The X-Ray Technician will be responsible for operating radiologic and fluoroscopic equipment, primarily in the Operating Room and General X-Ray departments, while being prepared to assist in the Emergency Department, inpatient areas, and portable imaging as required. This role includes evaluating images for technical quality and working with students to perform competency check-offs. ResponsibilitiesOperate radiologic and fluoroscopic equipment. Evaluate images for technical quality. Float between assigned departments as needed. Assist in training students and completing competency checks. Learn to perform imaging on pediatric and neonatal patients. Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureMinimum of 1 year of level 1 trauma experience or 2-3 years at a large bed trauma level 2 facility. Experience in the Operating Room and General X-Ray.
