Job Summary: Modify existing equipment for continuous improvement and automation activities. Support relationships through strong communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders. Manage contractors and maintenance technicians to support projects. Design, develop, and oversee all aspects of electrical control systems. Work with equipment designers and vendors by providing clear communication and technical specifications. Manage capital and expense budgets to meet plant objectives. Demonstrate strong work ethic and self-starter attitude. Troubleshoot and program PLCs. Technical Skills: Proficient with Allen Bradley PLCs, remote IO, HMIs, and programming through associated Rockwell software. Proficient in supporting production and maintenance through modifications and troubleshooting of Allen Bradley PLCs. Proficient with Allen Bradley variable frequency and servo drives through programming and troubleshooting. Proficient with industrial Ethernet communication and machine network layout. Knowledge of equipment safety, including hardware design, component selection, equipment risk assessment process, and arc flash requirements per NFPA 70E.
