Metal Plating Inspection Lead

We are hiring an Inspection Lead for one of our manufacturing clients. This is a hands-on role supporting electroplating quality, inspection standards, and process improvement within a production environment. This position does not include people management. Direct Hire| Full-Time | 2nd or 3rd Shift | $20-28/hrResponsibilities: Troubleshoot plating defects and support corrective actions Perform basic chemical lab testing and solution checks Train and support plating operators Assist with inspection priorities and process improvements Follow ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 procedures Requirements: 2+ years hands-on electroplating experience Basic lab or solution control knowledge High School Diploma or GED Comfortable in a manufacturing environment Strong communication and basic computer skills Preferred: Hull cell testing or plating process troubleshooting Metal finishing or surface finishing experience Exposure to ISO systems Chemistry or engineering education is a plus Working Conditions: Manufacturing environment; may be warm or humid Standing, bending, lifting up to 70 lbs
