Role Overview The RN Injector - Aesthetics is responsible for performing all injectable procedures, all non-injectable skin-health services, and IV/IM therapy. This role requires a strong aesthetic eye, comfort with facial anatomy, a passion for skin health, and a commitment to continuous learning. You will guide clients through full-face aesthetic planning, facial balancing, and comprehensive treatment pathways that combine injectables, HydraFacial, chemical peels, microneedling, skincare, and wellness services. This is the ideal position for an RN who loves aesthetics and wants to help build a high-performance aesthetic division within the center. Key Responsibilities 1) Injectable Aesthetics & Facial Balancing • Administer neuromodulators (e.g., Botox), dermal fillers, and perform full-face balancing techniques with precision and artistry. • Assess facial structure, symmetry, profile, and age-related changes to create comprehensive aesthetic plans. • Guide clients through step-by-step aesthetic journeys, including mid-face support, contouring, and long-term maintenance strategies. • Communicate treatment benefits, timelines, and realistic expectations clearly and professionally. • Maintain exceptional safety, documentation, and injection-technique standards. 2) Skin-Health & Non-Injectable Aesthetic Services Perform all advanced skin-health services, including: • HydraFacial • Chemical peels • Microneedling • Custom facial treatments • Skin assessments and ongoing treatment planning • Post-care and long-term skin-health coaching Provide personalized treatment strategies aligned with client goals, memberships, and aesthetic roadmaps. 3) Up-Serving & Cross-Serving Into Complete Aesthetic Pathways • Seamlessly transition skin-health clients into injectable plans and injectable clients into skin-health optimization. • Connect every service to the client's broader aesthetic goals, including anti-aging, corrective solutions, and facial harmony. • Recommend skincare products that support treatment outcomes and long-term maintenance. • Strengthen membership conversion by showing clients the value of consistent care. 4) IV/IM Therapy & Clinical Support • Perform IV therapy, IM injections, and blood draws according to clinical standards. • Support integrated wellness services that enhance skin, longevity, and client vitality. • Maintain safety, accuracy, and top-tier professionalism in all clinical procedures. 5) Client Consultations & Treatment Planning • Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations, pairing clinical insight with an artistic eye. • Educate clients thoroughly, using empathy and clarity to guide them toward the best outcomes. • Document treatment plans, procedures, and follow-up recommendations before the end of each day. • Build long-term client relationships centered on trust, consistency, and visible results. 6) Membership, Retail, and Service Education • Educate clients on memberships, packages, and treatment bundles. • Recommend medical-grade skincare and supplements that enhance treatment outcomes. • Support monthly center goals for retail, memberships, and rebooking. 7) Safety, Compliance, and Quality Standards • Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA, OSHA, and aesthetic safety protocols. • Ensure sanitization, sterilization, and treatment-room readiness at all times. • Follow all injectable and skin-treatment safety guidelines required by Serotonin Centers. 8) Team Collaboration & Professional Development • Actively participate in daily huddles, team communication, and shared performance goals. • Collaborate with the Medical Practitioner, Health Coaches, and GM to deliver holistic client care. • Engage in continuous learning, including new injectables, advanced techniques, and evolving aesthetics trends. • Maintain a growth mindset and contribute to a positive, high-performance culture. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Client Satisfaction (NPS): ≥ 90 • Injectable Treatment Satisfaction: ≥ 90% • Treatment Completion Rate: 100% • Product Recommendation Adherence: ≥ 60% • Documentation Accuracy: 100% • Compliance & Safety: 100% Qualifications • Active RN/ Aesthetic license in good standing. • Experience in aesthetic injectables (neuromodulators and fillers) preferred. • Experience in HydraFacial, chemical peels, microneedling, or willingness to be trained. • Strong understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetic principles. • Exceptional communication and client-care skills. • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. • Passion for aesthetics, continuous learning, and helping clients look and feel their best.
