With our continued growth and mission focus we are looking to add a Security Manager to our office in Erie, PA Our Security Manager is central to keeping our Western Pennsylvania and Upstate, New York operations running smoothly, managing staffing and scheduling, supporting security teams in critical moments, and building strong client relationships. By collaborating across departments and upholding compliance and company standards, this role helps deliver exceptional service and an outstanding client experience every day. This position requires frequent travel to Western Pennsylvania and Western Upstate New York. Essential Job Duties Manage 2,500+ contract hours Handle scheduling of assigned security staff as congruent with client needs Train, mentor and support uniformed security officers Liaison with clients and coordinate communication of operations, through an effective and responsive approach Provide exceptional customer service Effectively manage people and costs while ensuring contract compliance Draft and update security post orders Drive operational accountability Perform unannounced inspections/visit client sites Other tasks as assigned. Position Requirements Must have 2 years' experience in managing security operations or accounts Ability to work in a team setting and structured environment, following strict processes Must be flexible in availability to tend to accounts when needed Ability to work in high pressure situations with firm deadlines Working knowledge of WinTeam & eHub platforms preferred Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Must have Valid Driver's License The expected hiring range for this position is $55,000- $75,000 annually, commensurate with experience and location.
