Company Description Start Date: ASAP, we have a new employee orientation class starting soon Orientation Note: Our New Employee Orientations are held every other Wednesday, starting at 10:30am. You will need to attend the full day. Hourly Wage: LPN = 35/hr RN = 41/hr Shift: 8 hour shifts; Days/PMs/NOC/Overnights Schedule: 3-11pm, with an every-other weekend rotation Week 1: Monday and Thursday Week 2: Tuesday and Thursday At Frankfort Terrace, you're more than your job title, you're part of a family. Job DescriptionFloor nurse - providing excellence in clinical care At our behavioral health center (an Independent Care Facility or ICF), Nurses play a key role in helping our residents feel safe, respected, and supported as they work toward their clinical and recovery goals. You'll be part of a close-knit, multidisciplinary team that values compassion, collaboration, and stability in care. What we need from you: Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in IL Prior floor nurse experience within a skilled nursing facility is strongly preferred Experience with the post-acute patients - specifically the cardiac, post op ortho & the medically complex Electronic medical records experience is helpful (Point Click Care or PCC is ideal) New Grads are encouraged to apply Ask us about our Nursing Leadership Academy and AIT training programs.
