Industrial & Electrical Maintenance Technician

High Point, NC Order: 186442 Order Type : Light Industrial Schedule: 3:00pm-11:00pm • Training on 1st Shift (7:00am-5:00pm) Tools required: Must bring own basic tools (wrenches, etc.) Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and drive-system components. Support safe, reliable plant operations through preventative maintenance, accurate documentation, and effective problem-solving. Key ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot, repair, and maintain motors, controls, PLCs, drive systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and power-transmission components. Use diagrams, schematics, manuals, and technical documents to diagnose issues. Perform routine and preventative maintenance, including lubrication. Keep accurate maintenance and repair records. Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area. QualificationsAssociate degree or industrial maintenance certification preferred. Minimum 3 years of industrial mechanical/electrical maintenance experience. Experience with 3-phase 480V AC motors, DC drives, bearings, chains, sprockets, gearboxes, and conveyors. Electrical troubleshooting experience and familiarity with PLCs preferred. Ability to read mechanical/electrical diagrams and schematics. Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and drive systems. Willing to work any shift, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
