Radiologic Technologist

Job Description Highland Hospital is seeking a full time Xray Tech for weekend coverage. Hours will be Friday: 10:30 am - 8:00 pm at Anthony Jordan, back to Highland Hospital until 11 pm (12 hours total for shift); Saturday and Sunday: 11:30 am - Midnight. There is also on call coverage requirement in addition to holiday requirement. Performs under limited supervision, always following established policies, procedures and accepted professional standards. Establishes and maintains positive and professional interpersonal communication with patients and department staff. Maintains patient confidentiality. Works with a diverse patient population. Understands and is fully aware and supports the rights of all Highland Hospital patients. Salary Range: $29.96- $35.32 an hour The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations. Job Requirements Fulfilled the requirements to be a Licensed Radiology Technologist in NY State; R.T. qualified candidates will be considered. Must be L.R.T or R.T. qualified (if R.T. qualified, we must validate the degree from a 2 year Radiology Program).
