AWS Engineer With Terraform & IAAC

Akkodis is seeking an AWS Engineer With Terraform & IAAC for a Contract with a client in Princeton, NJ. The ideal candidate must have strong handson expertise with Terraform and IaC while implementing CI/CD pipelines and managing Kubernetesbased deployments. Rate Range: $45/hour to $48/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. AWS Engineer With Terraform & IAAC job responsibilities include: Develop and implement cloud migration strategies to move onpremise or colocation applications to AWS following best practices and compliance standards. Design and maintain AWS cloud architectures for Java and .NET applications, ensuring performance, reliability, and security. Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Jenkins (Harness is a plus) to support automated deployments. Use Terraform to define, provision, and maintain AWS infrastructure, ensuring consistent and scalable environments. Deploy and manage containerized applications in Kubernetes using Helm charts, ensuring smooth, scalable operations. Provide ongoing support, documentation, and troubleshooting for migration activities while collaborating with security, compliance, and operations teams. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline. 8-10 years of experience in cloud engineering, including extensive handson experience with AWS migration projects. Strong proficiency with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC), with proven experience designing and provisioning AWS environments. Demonstrated expertise in CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps/Jenkins) and Kubernetes deployments using Helm, with the ability to support complex migration and cloudnative workloads.
