Job Description Job Responsibilities Oversee all onsite construction activities for healthcare and medical facility projects. Lead subcontractors, site teams, and daily operations to ensure schedule adherence and exceptional build quality. Enforce safety protocols, conduct site inspections, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. Coordinate closely with project managers, owners, and design partners to maintain alignment on timelines and deliverables. Manage site documentation, RFIs, permits, change orders, and progress reporting. Anticipate and resolve fieldrelated issues to keep projects moving efficiently. Ensure all work meets healthcare construction standards, infection control procedures, and facilityspecific requirements. The Successful Applicant What You Need to Succeed 5+ years of superintendent experience within medical or healthcare construction (required). Strong background in groundup and/or major renovation projects within hospitals, clinics, imaging centers, or medical office buildings. Ability to travel fulltime to project sites across multiple states. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage subcontractors and maintain productive jobsite environments. Solid understanding of safety practices, healthcare facility protocols, and construction sequencing. Proficiency in construction management tools and project documentation.
