Please follow this link for a closer look at what it's like to work at Children's Wisconsin: The Clinical Resource Unit (CRU) is our internal float team. Acute Care CRU nurses float to all of our acute care units to support unit staffing needs. This is a PRN position that has flexible scheduling . PRN positions have weekend and holiday requirements. PRN float positions have premium pay plus shift differentials AND float differential but no benefits prefer candidates with at least 1 year hospital RN experience. Pediatric experience preferred. Full time orientation will be required up to 6 months depending on experience level. will consider new grads - Full-time orientation for 6 months, and need to schedule at least 24 hours/week for the first year following orientation. Prefer new grad candidates with 1 year hospital patient care experience outside of school. Responsibilities include being a partner in the care management team, providing coordination and management of patient care to pediatric patients and families within a continuum of care and delegating patient activities as appropriate within a care management assignment. Requires a graduate of an accredited school of nursing (or equivalent academic and/or professional experience) and a license to practice professional nursing in the State of Wisconsin.
