Experience • Minimum 3 years of experience in business intelligence and reporting tools, with strong proficiency in Power BI. • Experience in data modeling, dashboard design, and performance optimization. • Familiarity with tolling or transportation systems preferred. • Power BI expertise (report development, DAX, Power Query, data modeling). • Knowledge of toll lane theory of operation and basic troubleshooting. • Familiarity with Linux command usage and server support. • Basic SQL query writing skills. • Proficiency in Excel (including macros, Visual Basic, Pivot Tables), MS Word, and PowerPoint. • Experience with network and system management tools (e.g., CA Unicenter, Orion). • Strong analytical skills for trend identification and root cause analysis.
