Land Tech (relocation required) Walker Elliott is working with non-operated upstream oil & gas company is seeking a Land Technician to support its Land team with a blend of administrative and technical responsibilities. This role supports non-operated assets and works closely with Land, Engineering, and internal systems teams. Their business model emphasizes disciplined acquisitions, long-term value creation, and close collaboration with top-tier operators, offering employees broad exposure without day-to-day field operations. Responsibilities • Provide administrative and technical support to the Land team • Assist with well proposals, AFEs, AMI obligations, and lease tracking • Review and help prepare oil and gas agreements and land documentation • Maintain lease expirations, obligations, and WI/NRI data • Review title documents and support title curative efforts • Assist with P&A and shut-in well lease analysis • Support land data integration for acquired assets • Handle ad hoc land-related projects as needed Qualifications • 2+ years of experience in a land technician or land support role • Working knowledge of oil and gas leases, title, and land practices • Experience with land systems • Proficiency with Microsoft Office • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently • Permian and/or Appalachian basin experience a plus Do not apply unless you are authorized to work in the United States for any employer as client company cannot sponsor or transfer visas at this time.
