Responsibilities As part of this role, you will: Conduct 1-hour supervisory visits with pediatric patients-reviewing medication, vital signs, and care plans. Perform private duty nursing visits, delivering specialized, one-on-one skilled nursing care for pediatric and adult clients in their homes or other community settings. Educate clients and families on home health care procedures and wellness strategies. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other care team members to optimize care delivery. Recommend and demonstrate medical tools or adaptive devices that enhance clients' quality of life.
