Educational Requirements A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation. Certifications Needed ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be secured within the first year of employment. Ongoing maintenance of certification throughout your tenure with us. Desirable Skills Strong communication and interpersonal capabilities for effective collaboration with diverse healthcare teams.
