Engage in collaborative efforts with interdisciplinary teams, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, nursing staff, and families to ensure comprehensive care. Educate patients and their families, empowering them to encourage continued progress outside of scheduled sessions. Participate in inpatient evaluations and therapy interventions when required, preserving seamless care throughout each treatment phase. Ensure meticulous documentation that adheres to state, federal, and organizational policies. Commit to ongoing professional development, keeping abreast of current techniques and treatment modalities through educational opportunities and peer networking. Education Earned Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution. Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), should you be in pursuit of ASHA certification. Certifications Active licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist. Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) through ASHA. Basic Life Support (BLS) credential required within the first 30 days of hire.
