Job Description Medical Edge Recruitment has an immediate opening for a BCBA in St louis, MO Details: Specialty: BCBA Location: St Louis, MO Facility Type: School Pay Rate: $63 Pe rhour Shift/Hours: 6.5 hours days Requirements: Designs and implements behavior support plans for persons with developmental disabilities to enhance adaptive behaviors and diminish challenging behaviors resulting in significant harm to self, others, or property in a residential or community based setting. Participates in person centered plan and/or treatment team meetings to develop, review and update individual plans. Observes consumer behavior and completes initial behavioral assessments; determines consumer progress towards goals and modifies behavior support plans accordingly. Develops and implements training program for staff, other care providers, and family members in the implementation of behavior support plans and intervention tactics and techniques. Determine data needs; develops behavior checklists and other reporting mechanisms for staff use in recoding and reporting consumer behavior Current CPR certification is required Possession of a current license to practice as a Behavior Analyst in Missouri.
