When you join Tri-M, you're not just another number - you're family. Learn more at Key Responsibilities Collaborate daily with the superintendent to complete residential construction tasks. Install high-end iron entry doors and other finish components. Maintain a clean, safe, and professional worksite. Operate power tools and handle materials safely. Travel occasionally for out-of-town projects (including a few overnight stays). Lift and carry materials weighing up to 200 pounds. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of residential construction experience required. Valid driver's license (required). Proficiency with hand and power tools. Ability to read blueprints (preferred but not required). Strong attention to detail and work ethic. Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team. Benefits Hourly pay: $20-$25/hour, depending on experience. Year-end bonus potential. 401(k) with company match. Company vehicles are provided for job-related use. Paid time off (vacation, sick, holidays). Bi-weekly pay cycle. Tools provided. Flexible schedule with occasional overtime. Schedule Monday to Friday Overtime may be required based on project needs. Location Primary work is onsite within our residential project areas. Occasional travel to out-of-town sites (overnight stays a few times per year).
