Job DescriptionJob Title: CNC Machinist Location: Elkhart, IN Hours: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM (with possible OT) Pay: $20.00 (Based on experience) We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist for a full-time production role. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of CNC Mills and lathes, experience using calipers and micrometers (down to .0001), and the ability to read blueprints. A stable work history is required, as we are looking for a long-term team member. Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC Mills and lathes Ensure precision using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools Read and interpret engineering blueprints Maintain quality and safety standards Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting Requirements: Proven CNC Machinist experience Proficiency with precision measuring instruments Ability to stand for 8-hour shifts and lift 40 lbs Full-time availability with potential overtime This is a long-term opportunity with competitive pay.
