ServiceNow UI/UX Designer

Our client, a government agency in the public sector, is seeking a ServiceNow UI/UX Designer to join their team. As a ServiceNow UI/UX Designer, you will be part of the IT department supporting the digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: ServiceNow UI/UX Designer Location: Washington, DC Metro Area Clearance: TS SCIPay Range: OpenWhat's the Job? Design and develop custom user interfaces for ServiceNow portals to enhance user experience and functionality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into intuitive UI/UX designs. Utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. Develop and implement innovative design solutions that improve usability and accessibility. Maintain and update existing ServiceNow portals, ensuring they meet current standards and user expectations. What's Needed? Proven experience in ServiceNow Portal Design and Development, with a focus on UI/UX best practices. Expertise in ServiceNow Portal Design (P4) and advanced skills in ServiceNow Portal Development (P3). Strong knowledge of modern frameworks, agile methodologies, and scalable software solutions. Active TS/SCI clearance or the ability to obtain one, with a willingness to work onsite in the DC Metro Area. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills to work effectively within a team environment. What's in it for me?
