Key Responsibilities of a Registered Nurse (RN): • Assess, evaluate, and document patient health status to create individualized care plans. • Administer prescribed medications and treatments while monitoring their effectiveness. • Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare staff to provide coordinated care. • Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and health management. • Monitor patient progress, vital signs, and changes in their condition, reporting findings accurately. • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and infection control practices. • Maintain accurate and timely patient records in accordance with healthcare regulations. Qualifications: • Current RN license in the state of practice. • Excellent clinical skills and the ability to make quick, informed decisions. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with patients and team members. • Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not required. • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
