The Account Associate- State Farm Agent Team Member position, helps in developing business leadership skills, as well as sales and marketing experience. As part of this opportunity, you will learn from an experienced agent, see what it's like to run a local business and help grow an agency! ResponsibilitiesDevelop new leads, quote prospects, and schedule appointments Identify coverage gaps, and market appropriate products & services to customers. Make insurance proposals to potential clients.
