Fyda Freightliner Columbus is a Daimler Trucks North America authorized dealer of new Freightliner and Western Star trucks, and also an authorized dealer for Kalmar Ottawa yard trucks and Isuzu Commercial Trucks. We carry all current makes and models in the Freightliner, Western Star, Ottawa and Isuzu COE product portfolios. Serving the Columbus transportation industry hub since 1985, we operate as a full-service commercial truck dealership and body shop. Fyda Freightliner is searching for a qualified Service Advisor for our Ottawa Service and Rental Department in West Jefferson, Ohio. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Answering incoming phone calls and assisting customers while ensuring the highest level of customer service Assist the Ottawa Service team with invoicing and billing Perform clerical tasks like; filing, faxing, mailing Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent 1-2 years' experience in customer service-related field preferred; not required - Fyda will train the right candidate Ability to efficiently use and operate a computer and willingness to learn new programs Ability to work independently Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Ability to prioritize and keep all areas of responsibilities up to date Physical Requirements: Must be able to listen and speak clearly on telephone Must be punctual and reliable Must be able to dress and act professionally Must be able to pass and comply with a pre-employment drug screen and randoms aligning with the national DOT guidelines. Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
