This may include: Shaping and influencing strategies to develop and deliver complex systems and driving toward successful project outcomes Acting as a coach and mentor other team members by sharing technical expertise Participating in client and partner collaboration and business development efforts Shape the future of industrialized construction - your work will influence how buildings are engineered, manufactured, and delivered Contribute to systems that significantly reduce embodied carbon, construction waste, and risk What You Bring: 7+ years of structural or construction engineering experience Senior-level professional with a strong technical foundation who is interested in expanding your impact beyond traditional design responsibilities Ability to apply engineering expertise to influence project outcomes, support multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to the delivery and growth of complex structural systems Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related engineering discipline required PE or SE License required Our Core Values: Determination: Meet challenges head on Innovation: Always look for better Well-Being: Seek the success, health, and happiness of all Our Approach to Sustainability Our sustainability plan embodies considerations for our impact on people, the environment, and the economy. Base pay offered will depend on qualifications, experience, location and other job-related factors. Base pay is one component of Clark Pacific's Total Rewards program, which is intended to compensate and recognize team members for their contributions to our success.
