Family Physician

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Physician with an outpatient clinic at in Bakersfield, CA. The physician will be responsible for providing primary care and specialized medical services to elderly patients on a day-to-day basis. We are offering a high starting salary, Sign-on Bonus and an amazing benefits package. Working with us you will not have to work nights or weekends and best of all there is no on-call! Our physicians enjoy and incredible work-life balance. The patient volume is low and we care more about quality of care vs quantity. Qualifications • Experience in Family Medicine, Geriatric Medicine, Urgent Care, ER, or Internal Medicine. • Must be approved to treat Medicare patients • Strong knowledge of Primary Care for elderly patients • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Board certification in FM, ER, Urgent Care or IM (preferred) • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team • Active medical license in California • Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in family medicine, internal medicine ER, Urgent Care or Geriatrics
