Staffing Manager

Job Description Bachelor's degree highly preferred; paralegal degree/certification or law degree preferred. 1+ years experience working in a legal-related field is preferred. 2+ years' experience with Business Development in a Metrics Driven environment. At least one with success in developing new business in a multi-call, multi-decision maker environment. Prior success marketing to and closing top level decision makers at small/medium sized businesses and cultivating mutually beneficial long term relationships. Working knowledge of current Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office Suite, and any Contact Management Application (Salesforce Positive attitude and an engaging businesslike approach. Requirements Strong leadership, organization and communication skills Exhibits strong competence in penetrating new markets or sources and targeting potential candidates. Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and demonstrate a candidate-centric approach to help Allen Spoolden stand out as an employer of choice as normally acquired through a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 10+ years of progressively more advanced experience in sourcing/recruiting on a national, multi-location basis
