Kalos Services is seeking an experienced Plumbing Supervisor - Commercial to be a cornerstone of our Construction Plumbing Projects Division. This role leads the execution of complex commercial plumbing projects, owning field leadership, production, safety, and quality from start to finish. This position is ideal for a hands-on leader with deep commercial plumbing experience who leads from the field, sets the standard for craftsmanship, and knows how to keep crews productive, accountable, and aligned with the schedule. Compensation: Pay Range: $36-$44 per hour (based on experience)Schedule: Day shifts - flexibility required based on project needs Responsibilities:Field Leadership & Execution Serve as the on-site leader for the plumbing scope on commercial construction projects Interpret blueprints, specifications, and schedules to drive daily field execution Coordinate closely with foremen, project managers, and other trades to maintain workflow Manpower, Materials & Production Plan and manage manpower, materials, and equipment to maximize productivity Identify production risks early and adjust resources to keep projects on schedule Maintain jobsite organization, efficiency, and cleanliness Crew Supervision & Development Lead, mentor, and hold plumbing crews accountable to quality and safety standards Enforce company safety policies and jobsite best practices Provide feedback to leadership on crew performance, training needs, hiring, and staffing decisions Project Oversight & Communication Track daily and weekly progress against schedule and scope Identify potential change orders, conflicts, or design issues and communicate proactively Support inspections, punch lists, final walkthroughs, and project closeouts Requirements Experience: 5+ years of commercial plumbing experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or superintendent role Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, installation methods, and applicable codes Blueprint Proficiency: Ability to read and interpret construction documents, drawings, and specifications Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead crews, build accountability, and maintain strong jobsite morale Problem-Solving: Calm, decisive, and proactive when addressing field challenges Safety Focus: OSHA 30 preferred (or willingness to obtain); strong commitment to jobsite safety Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Benefits: At Kalos, we believe in supporting our employees both at work and in life.
