alary Range: $24.75/hour - $40.42/hour (based on education and experience) Ortho/Spine is a 32 bed unit specializing in orthopedic patients. They have a disease specific certification from the Joint Commission in Hip Replacement, Knee Replacement and Hip Fx patients which deems them a center of excellence. Ortho/Spine RNs also care for Total Shoulder and Ankle patients as well as other fractures. They also care for low level cardiac patients and some Med-Surg patients.
