Job Description The Scheduler will: Develop and manage detailed construction schedules and project timelines using MS Projects. Monitor project progress, ensuring that activities stay on schedule and within budget. Coordinate with project managers and other construction staff to prioritize tasks. Identify potential schedule conflicts and propose effective solutions. Communicate with stakeholders about project status and changes to the schedule. Prepare and present reports on project progress and schedule status. Maintain records of project activities and document any changes or delays. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and quality standards. The Successful Applicant A successful Scheduler should have: 5+ years of proven experience in a Scheduler or similar role within the construction industry. Strong understanding of construction processes and project management principles. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders. Proficiency in using MS Project / P6 Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
