Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding. Accurately document patient care and observations using electronic medical records (EMR). LPN Qualifications: Active LPN license in South Carolina. Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
