PCU RN - Progressive Care Registered Nurse Nights 3x12 $5.00 shift differential for nights, $2.50 for weekends. Demonstrates critical thinking to assure the delivery of safe, quality, age-specific care. Delegates effectively to appropriate team members. Documents accurately and in a timely manner. Communicates and collaborates with other healthcare team members. Adheres to organizational policies and procedures; regulatory accrediting body requirements; and professional practice standards. Requirements for Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse / RN Graduate of an accredited program for nursing education, BSN preferred. Current licensure to practice professional nursing in the State of Ohio. Palliative Care Training preferred. Current (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR (BLS) certification required
