Position Overview The Rehab Coordinator supports the Complex Rehab team by coordinating patient accounts and serving as a key point of contact for patients, caregivers, referral sources, and healthcare providers. You will help ensure a smooth experience by managing communication, documentation, and insurance-related processes while delivering exceptional customer service with empathy and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage rehab patient accounts from intake through delivery Serve as a primary contact for patients, caregivers, clinicians, and referral sources Assist with scheduling, intake, insurance verification, and authorization processes Prepare and process orders and supporting documentation Communicate with insurers to support approvals and confirm coverage requirements Collaborate with internal teams to address patient needs and resolve issues in a timely manner Support team success by sharing knowledge and contributing to process improvements Maintain accurate records and ensure information is entered correctly into internal systems What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is thoughtful, reliable, and thrives in a structured, team-oriented environment.
