Deliver personalized speech therapy with a focus on enhancing communication, language fluency, and voice clarity. Collaborate with a dedicated team of physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, and caregivers to devise integrated care strategies. Provide education to patients and families to support therapeutic progress beyond clinical sessions. Participate in occasional inpatient therapy evaluations, ensuring seamless care throughout the patient journey. Keep comprehensive documentation compliant with state and federal regulations, as well as organizational standards. Stay updated with field advancements through ongoing education and peer living. Educational Requirements Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution. Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not ASHA-certified. Certifications Needed State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist. Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within the first 30 days of employment.
