Looking to add 1-2 more locum providers to our current pool to help primarily with call coverage. Coverage need is 1 week per month. Providers will be scheduled for 3 or 4 24-hour call shifts in that week. There may be opportunities for additional shifts if providers are comfortable with the census and working several 24-hour call shifts in a row. The average callback for this facility is 4-5 hours daily, which could vary depending on the cases that need to be addressed. Providers should anticipate approximately 15 patient encounters per shift. Specific urology skills preferred include percutaneous nephrolithotomy, nephrectomy, and prostatectomy. Robotic surgery experience is also preferred.
