Dentist - Restoration of Implants

This is a unique role focused solely on the restoration of implants, including complex cases like All-on-X. This position is ideal for a Prosthodontist or a general dentist with a minimum of five years of experience in implant dentistry. About the Practice Located within a prominent medical complex, our client's practice is a leader in advanced, fee-for-service dentistry for adults. Their clinic is fully digital and paperless, leveraging state-of-the-art technology to deliver exceptional results. This is a high-volume, team-oriented environment where you'll collaborate with skilled professionals on complex implant cases. Key Responsibilities: Perform complex implant restorations, including All-on-X cases. Conduct patient consultations and develop treatment plans. Utilize advanced digital tools for pre- and post-operative workflows. Deliver both surgical and final prostheses. Mentor colleagues on advanced implant techniques. What You'll Be Working With: This practice is committed to technology and has an impressive array of equipment, including: 11 total operatories, with 5 dedicated to the implant clinic. Two CBCT scanners (Planmeca, Acteon). Three 3D printers (Sprintray, Shinning). Multiple intraoral scanners, CEREC, and Xnav dynamic guided surgery. Eaglesoft charting software. Compensation & Benefits This opportunity provides a lucrative compensation package designed to reward your expertise and hard work. Base Salary: $250,000 for the first year. Bonus Structure: High-income potential through a per-case bonus system. Schedule: Four-day work week (Monday-Thursday). Benefits: Medical insurance, 401(k), and a $5,000 annual continuing education (CE) allowance. Requirements DMD or DDS degree. Valid Missouri dental license and DEA.
