Job Type Full-time Description We are seeking an experienced change management leader to work with our internal teams and develop change management programs for our customers to help them more readily adapt to changes in technology and the pediatric industry. Essential Functions / Tasks / Duties / Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain the corporate project plan and budget for a multi-year change management project, encompassing all phases: development, internal change management, and customer touchpoints. Establish and enforce rigorous project governance processes, including risk management, issue tracking, change control, and decision-making frameworks. Serve as the primary communication hub for the project, providing timely, clear, and accurate status updates, forecasts, and reports to executive leadership, internal stakeholders, and team members. Facilitate and lead regular steering committee meetings, executive reviews, and core team stand-ups. Manage the strategy and execution of customer roll-out and acceptance testing, coordinating pilots, beta programs, and phased deployment plans. Lead the Organizational Change Management (OCM) component, specifically focusing on internal employee adaptation to new technology, tools, and processes. Collect and analyze customer and user feedback throughout the migration process to inform continuous improvement. Partner with the Training team to translate changes into competence and confidence for internal staff and external customers Establish metrics and mechanisms for measuring project success, including customer adoption rates and internal process efficiency improvements. Monitor progress against milestones, budgets, and KPIs; prepare regular status reports for leadership. Requirements Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. 7+ years of progressive experience in organizational change management, with at least 3 years managing large-scale, enterprise-level software modernization projects. 3+ years experience within the Healthcare IT or EHR/EMR industry is highly preferred. Experience with Organizational Change Management (OCM) principles and practices. Exceptional skills in stakeholder management, executive reporting, and cross-functional team leadership. Proven ability to manage risk, budget, and scope within a complex, multi-year project environment. PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification is highly desirable. Work Environment / Physical demands/ Travel Requirements: This job operates in a professional office environment.
