Electrical Installation and Maintenance Technician

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour Job description: We are seeking a skilled Commercial Door Installers to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical/mechanical door systems in various settings (residential, commercial, and industrial). Responsibilities: Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a wide range door systems including residential, commercial, and industrial Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on existing door systems Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to electrical, mechanical, and control systems Replace faulty components, such as springs, cables, tracks, and door panels Test and adjust systems to ensure smooth operation and compliance with safety standards Install and program door openers, remote controls, and safety sensors Keep accurate records of installations, maintenance activities, and repairs Requirements: Proven experience as a Technician, preferably with electrical/mechanical doors Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and control systems Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights Please respond to this job post or call us at 865-297-4719 to start the application process!!
