About the Job Hi! In case we've never met before, we are Elmar Holdings. We are Elmar Holdings: a parent company that operates 3 different businesses: Elmar Heating & Cooling, Elmar Group (e-commerce sites), and TradePro Supply (our distribution arm). We are looking for a competent and responsible bookkeeper that is able to handle standard bookkeeping tasks. This is a full-time (40 hours) position that will be based out of Timonium, MD and will be an in-person position. Here's what your responsibilities would look like:Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process via Quickbooks. Verify that transactions are recorded properly in Quickbooks, our bookkeeping software. Pay off accounts of local vendors & suppliers related to the branch. Reconcile bank statements against company ledger in Quickbooks. Run payroll for all employees with the assistance of the branch manager. Communicate with HQ to ensure all processes are followed correctly. Here's what we are looking for in a bookkeeper:Reliable and trustworthy. Hardworking. Fast learner, good with technology.
