Sr. Implementation Consultant

JD SAP PI/PO: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical consultant with extensive experience in SAP Process Integration and Orchestration. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP technologies and the ability to guide and mentor team members while collaborating with cross functional teams. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Oversee the integration of various SAP and non SAP systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of integration projects. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team. Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment on project goals. Mandatory Skills: Strong expertise in SAP Process Integration (PI) and SAP Process Orchestration (PO). Proven experience in leading technical teams and managing integration projects. In depth knowledge of SAP middleware technologies and integration patterns. Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Preferred Skills: Experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI). Familiarity with other SAP modules such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, and SAP BW. Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, ABAP, or JavaScript. Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 7 10 years of experience in SAP integration technologies, with a focus on Process Integration and Orchestration.
