We’re looking for a driven, forward-thinking Strategic Buyer who thrives on negotiation, data-driven decision-making, and delivering measurable results. This is more than a purchasing role. You’ll influence sourcing strategy, lead supplier partnerships, drive cost optimization, and serve as a key leader within our purchasing team. If you enjoy owning categories end-to-end and making a visible impact across engineering, operations, and planning, this role is for you. Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives (RFQs/RFPs, bid analysis, supplier selection). Negotiate contracts and pricing to deliver meaningful cost savings and long-term value. Build high-performing supplier partnerships and hold vendors accountable to KPIs. Collaborate cross-functionally to align procurement with production and growth objectives. Identify new suppliers, assess market trends, and proactively manage supply risk. Champion continuous improvement, spend analysis, and inventory optimization efforts. Lead and support the purchasing team to drive performance and accountability. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field. 3–5 years of procurement or supply chain experience with proven negotiation success. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategy. ERP proficiency and advanced Microsoft Office skills. Experience with strategic sourcing, category management, or CPSM certification is a plus.
