Electrical/Controls Maintenance Technician Location: Lake Odessa, MI Salary: $62,400 - $85,280 Direct Hire | Competitive Pay | Growth Opportunities Are you an experienced Electrical/Controls Maintenance Technician looking for a hands-on role with excellent benefits and career growth? Join our team in Lake Odessa, MI, where you'll work with cutting-edge technology in a dynamic manufacturing environment What You'll DoTroubleshoot, program, and maintain Allen-Bradley PLCs and Ladder Logic systems. Diagnose and repair 480V 3-phase motor controls, 120V AC, and 24V DC circuits. Read and interpret blueprints, P&IDs, single-line diagrams, and wiring schematics. Work with test and calibration equipment (RTD calibrators, multimeters, 4-20mA units, etc.). Ensure safety compliance, including LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) procedures. Be a key player in hazmat response when needed. What We're Looking For• Required: High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Journeyman Electrical/Maintenance License (Michigan). 3+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience. Strong electrical & mechanical aptitude. Willingness to work weekends and off-shift hours when needed • Preferred: Experience in a food processing environment. Familiarity with SAP/PPE systems.
